ShiftCalc US operates as a client-side calculator designed to help workers estimate overtime and net compensation. We respect your privacy and provide this policy to explain our data practices.

1. Local Device Processing

All timesheet calculations (hours worked, base hourly rate, shift differentials, and estimated withholding percentages) execute entirely within your web browser. This information is saved solely in your device's browser localStorage for your convenience so your inputs persist between sessions. No timesheet, wage, or schedule information is ever transmitted to, stored on, or processed by our web servers.

2. No User Accounts

ShiftCalc US does not require registration, user profiles, logins, or authentication. We do not collect names, email addresses, physical addresses, or financial account details.

3. Third-Party CDNs & Technical Assets

To deliver page assets, the site loads web fonts from Google Fonts and the Chart.js library from jsDelivr. When using the PDF export feature, the html2pdf library is dynamically loaded from cdnjs. These third-party networks may receive standard HTTP request metadata (such as IP address and browser user-agent) necessary to serve technical files.

4. Advertising & Cookies

When advertising features are enabled, third-party advertising partners (such as Google) may use cookies or web beacons to serve ads based on your visit to this or other websites. You may manage or opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ad Settings.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

ShiftCalc US is an informational utility for working adults and is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. State Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
